I do think we peaked last year. The question becomes whether our recruiting has been good enough to bring us back in a couple of years. We will break in a new QB next year while losing our top two off the OL, so I don't see us in the title mix next year. I would like to think 2019 would see us back where we have been.

Apparently APP WR Shaedon Meadors is leaving for greener pastures . . . I think this sucks in general but wonder if it is indicative of what is to come at APP next year . . .

App will have big shoes to fill at QB, OL, DE, and LB, but WR shouldn’t be a problem.

Gonna to need a lot of guys to step up next year, hell we need them these last three games to send these seniors that meant so much during the transition to go out on a high note.

He's a senior who is going to graduate and got a medical redshirt this year. He's looking at grad programs and settled on a program that fits what he wants and that program happens to be somewhere else than App. I wouldn't read too much into it.

It's very mutual. Nothing against Meadors, but been told he isn't the best locker room presence. There's enough young WR talent that App fans shouldn't worry.

Again, don't worry about App. We'll be fine.

I'm actually pretty optimistic about next year. It will definitely be a rebuilding year and expectations will be down, which is not a bad thing in my opinion. I think we have some guys that can play QB that are in the shadow of Lamb at the moment. Big issue will be OL and DE. We need some transfers or its gonna be tough. We have to work a bit on our development pipelines... Still not up to high performing FBS standards in my opinion.

Jalen Virgil, Thomas Hennigan and Malik Williams are all making plays at receiver this year as FRESHMEN...
