Oakland meets Michigan State at Little Caesar's Arena in Detroit. ESPN's website lists tipoff time as 2:00, which ain't gonna happen. Not with Detroit and Michigan starting there at noon. I don't know why the folks at ESPN don't understand this simple fact: when there's a doubleheader like there is today at Little Caesar's, the TV timeouts and the warmup time for the teams in game 2 make that narrow a window impossible. Regardless, Oakland-Michigan is also on ESPNU.

buffalo really outplayed syracuse. refs pretty much decided the game with a strong of foul calls on UB after the bulls rallied for a late lead. in particular two straight loose ball plays when the UB player was first to the ball and the syracuse player made contact were called against UB. syracuse went most of the last ten minutes without making a basket, repeatedly bailed out by free throws. UB would have won this game on a neutral floor.
