Yes, there is talent at G5 schools. Every school in the country has some talent. There is just way more at the bigger programs. Facts.
You can go through the entire history of you want. Go ahead and post it too. Compare the top 25 P5 programs vs the entire G5 all 60+ schools and see who has the most NFL players.
Just stop.
Take the names off the roster and do it blindly.
UCFs roster vs Alabama's.
Or any other top P5 program.
Just stop dude. Everyone has pointed out how ridiculous you've looked in this thread already.
Yet no one has proven any of my arguments wrong, not once. The only counterpoint I've I've seen so far is "LOL" and opinions. Your opinions are no more facts than my opinions. Again, I never said UCF would beat Alabama, just that they could beat them. Prove that opinion wrong with definitive facts, not opinions.
Also, entire history is an odd way to look at a progressing college football history. In 1972 Title IX passed reducing, the than unlimited, number of scholarships a school could offer to 105. With unlimited schools could hide players on 5th and 6th string with promises and never fulfill those promises yet keep those players away from other schools. The limit was again reduced to 95 in 1978, than to the current 85 in 1992.
At the same time cable television was expanding, coincidently in 1978. This gave more exposure to potential recruits offering them other options other than Ohio State, Michigan, Alabama, etc.
So when we look at "entire" history, it's not as long a period as you might expect. New powers can develop in relatively short periods of time, or old powers can fall back.
Since we're looking at history, lets go a little more recent. Alabama was forced to vacate 21 wins from 2005 through 2007 due to rule violations. They vacated 8 more wins in 1993. Ironically Auburn was ineligible for post season play that year as well and couldn't play in the SEC championship game. Lots of cheating going on with the big boys I suppose.
In 2003 they were 4 and 9 and the following year they were 6 and 6. So even without multiple violations, they can still such, and I predict that their days of sucking are not complete once coaching changes and/or more rules violations occur.
