Well, you're going to get more kills in densely-populated areas than in small towns. Plus in small towns you're more likely to have some armed citizen fill the truck driver full of lead before he can get too many people.

Seems like President Trump is saying this attack was an attack on all America and Schummer and New York are arguing this is an attack on just them.
