Stadium on Facebook (NOT STADIUM OTA - Twitter/Pluto) Question
Has anyone found a workaround to show this on your Smart TV?
I don't know of a Facebook channel on ROKU?
Is it available on any other device?
Also, can your use Chromecast to cast the facebook app to your TV?
Thanks!

RE: Stadium on Facebook Question
Yeah,
I started out on the Twitter App (FireStick) this weekend, and I could not figure out how to get the tweets off (and the game in full-screen mode)
Switched over to the Pluto App (FireStick) and picture was great, and in full-screen

"Stadium on Facebook" games are not available on Pluto or Twitter. Only using the facebook app or website.

I'm putting together a thread on BB&B http://www.latechbbb.com/forum/showthrea...orth-Texas
I will try my chromecast tonight using video from previous games. Does anyone have an idea of the quality of Live games on FB?

I gotcha. So the game is through an app, and not through a website.
That would be good to know, for future reference.
It is hard to figure out where our games will be aired each week. That is a damn shame.

that is a chromebit, as opposed to chromcast. it turns any TV or monitor into an internet browser. this solution frees my computer up so I can yell at you whackjobs during the game.

dont forget ye 'ole Digital Antennas either, for areas that get the Stadium TV Channel.
Watched Western/FAU on Saturday through the digital channel out of Nashville (I have DirectTV, which does not carry Stadium, unfortunately, whereas the local Comcast Cable includes the channel).

Because the facebook app doesn't work on TVs as far as showing the game. I have to use my phone or a laptop to connect to the tv. Stadium is working on a Roku app that will show all I read. They should have had all this done BEFORE they contracted to air games. Not everyone, especially the older crowd, wants to watch their favorite team play on a 3x5 inch screen.

RE: Stadium on Facebook (NOT STADIUM OTA - Twitter/Pluto) Question
We should just refer to it as Facebook or Stadium depending on which it's on. The whole Stadium Facebook just creates confusion when discussing how to watch. If it's on Facebook we already know Stadium produced it. No need to muddy the waters with naming that.

The "older crowd" are the only people that still use Facebook.

And apparently our conference TV package. But that's blatantly not true, anyway. Have hundreds of family, friends, and customers connected on Facebook all under 30 and Facebook connects to Instagram automatically should you choose to do so. Twitter and Snapchat are not the same media type and serve a different purpose, mostly catering to the instant gratification crowd and the ADHD crowd.

making the intellectual cesspool known as facebook sound like it's a mecca to modern american sophistication is beyond weird.
