3. NT (4) - Moves into first in West with sloppy win, gave up two straight kickoff returns of over 90 yards
4. Marshall (1) - Drilled by FIU
5. UTSA (6) - Won 2 of 3 against other Texas CUSA teams
6. UAB (9) - How did they lose to Charlotte
7. USM (3) - Epitome of up and down team
8. La Tech (7) - Injury ridden team gets a victory
9. WKU (5) - Ran into FAU buzzsaw
10. MTSU (10) - Idle, this team needed the break
11. ODU (11) - Snake-bitten talented team
12. Charlotte (12) - Idle after big win over UAB
13. Rice (13) - Still struggling with seven straight loses
14. UTEP (14) - No win season maybe happening

all I gott'a say is UTSA, UTSA, UTSA !!!

We've got a long ways to go and if we don't focus on the roadrunners here, we're going to end up feeling like Wile E. Coyote come Sunday morning.

C-USA with 8 teams (2) or more games over .500. This is what parity looks like.

RPI is not a good way to rank fb teams ....sos is 2/3 of your total RPI. There's a very good reason it's not one of the tools used to rank school for the playoffs.

FIU is getting more from getting beat 61-17 than any 3 conference wins by most teams. The record of the teams you play makes up 50% of your RPI .

So getting beat by 1 or 94 to a team that has a winning% of 1.000 is more valuable than actual winning games vs a UNCC by 94 points who's winning % is 0.125
