San Diego St (7-2) has a bye on 11/11. So does 7-1 USF.
USF has an open date due to weather cancellation, SDSU has an extra game because of the Hawaii exemption. They played at Hawaii & get a 13th game if they want.

Fresno St (5-3) has a 13th game available for playing at Hawaii
Colorado St (6-3) has a 13th game available for playing at Hawaii
Hawaii has a 13th game available

UCF has only 11 games scheduled
Florida St has only 11 games scheduled and could play another on 12/2.
Georgia Tech only has 11 games scheduled
Florida has only 11 games scheduled and could play another on 12/2.
Memphis has only 11 games scheduled and 11/11 open.
Houston only has 11 games scheduled and 11/11 open.
UTSA has only games 11 scheduled
Louisiana Monroe only 11 games scheduled

I love it. There were a lot of basketball scrimmages to raise money for Hurricane Harvey, why not do something like that for college football. If conference realignment caused enemies like Texas and Texas A&M and Kansas and Mizzou and BYU and New Mexico etc can all get together to play a basketball game....why not some football games!?

UMass at FIU is cancelled if FIU makes it to the CUSA championship.

I doubt SDSU tries to pick up a game... We are banged up in the OL and DL and we will have played 10 straight weeks leading up to 11/11. We are in need of a bye week to get healthy.

If UMass doesn't beat Mississippi State this week, any shot at Bowl eligibiltiy for UMass is basically toast anyway given that UMass is near the bottom of FBS in APR. UMass has to win out to get to 6-6.

FSU may just reschedule the previously cancelled game against ULM for 12/2. Clearly FSU is not going to the ACCCG.

Another wild idea: suppose both FSU and GA Tech already have 7 losses each and thus cannot get to 6 wins. Both would be 4-7. FSU lost a home game, but GT lost a road game. Might they play a 12th game against each other - in Tallahassee?

I say Friday, December 1, the day before the CCG’s they have triple header with all proceeds going to victims of Hurricanes.
3 out of 4 MWC teams could play as they have an extra game. Several AAC, ACC and Florida could play too.

right now, why would UCF or USF or Memphis do a tough reschedule exactly? They have 100% control of the G5 spot.
