Cross Country Championships
Women's - TXST takes it. I'm completely shocked by that outcome...seriously

So you meant bad showing by the men, terrible showing by the ladies?

Has anyone heard about the course in Boone.

I would imagine it would be hard to beat it for sheer beauty along the course in the fall with leaves changing. I am a bit biased about Boone to be honest.

Any complaints about running at that elevation?

RE: Cross Country Championships
The big issue was that the entire course was underwater last Monday. I walked the course on Friday (it's a public greenway) and it was 95% fine, just a couple muddy spots. You could see at certain points the water has risen several feet in low-lying areas.

BTW, the App XC/T&F trophy room needs an upgrade.

That should quell anyone who says that App is a one-sport school.

Wondering what's going on with our ladies. From 1st to 5th to this year's 8th.

Seems like we are already out of the running for the Bubas Cup between them and volleyball.

NCAA Regionals today

TXST Men placed 5th
TXST Women placed 13th.

How'd the rest of our teams do in their regions?
