My wife and I were talking about this when things first started leaking out (so to speak...), and she’s been a big Hollyweird fan for decades. As in instead of hosting Kentucky derby or SB Parties, her family was the go-to basement for everyone to get together, chat drink stuff and watch the glamour of the (whatever they are?), oscars, grammys, tv show awards etc going back to when she was a kid. Folks into it, their friends etc. very 70s-80s thing to do, I guess.
