The refs tried to ensure the outcome.

The Refs made the Raiders score three times to count one

Never seen it but I can't say that I disagree with any of the calls including the original penalty on the Raiders.

Can't say I blame the Chefs for committing multiple penalties at the end. If my team was ahead by less than 7 and the opponents had 1st-and-goal in the last minute of regulation, I'd want my defenders to hold and commit PI on every play. When you do that, there are two possible outcomes: (1) Refs call the penalties and the offense gets to try again from basically the same place on the field, (2) Refs don't call the penalties, the offense doesn't score, and the team on defense wins. If you don't commit the penalties and the offense scores, obviously the defense loses and that's their worst possible outcome.

The calls looked ok to me, Chiefs did not luck out this time like they usually do, playoffs excepted.
