Very well written and detailed. If this guy isn't a professional sports writer, he should be.

Eighth year senior Jordan Huff.
Excellent write up.

There may have been a typo or two, but it was good; and objective.

Best prediction so far.

This link needs a thread of its own...

"Excellent defense, simple, low risk offense. That is exactly how NIU is rolling."

As we argue amongst ourselves, all it takes is an outsider to determine which QB will start 4 us. Start the running QB.

I really hope NIU is pass heavy in this game. Must be thinking of toledo. If NIU doesn't develop consistent pass threat , rockets will give the huskies a beating for the ages

MD- enough already of the "Toledo will give us a beat down" posts. You have gotten your point across with repeating it over and over. We get it!

RE: BGSU & Childers Predictions for Saturday
It won't be a smooth game on offense. Slogan of the "the hard way" is there for a reason.

Childers struggles, he's on a game worth of film now so the D can better prepare for his tendencies. They will force him to beat them long, not sure he really can. And if it's windy, more pressure with his passing.

But i say we can hold them off the board enuf, and we can run for 3 scores. No FGs, sadly.

I agree. I just found it funny because it does seem like Huff has been here forever.

NIU 42
BGSU 10

Childers 21-34 242 yds 2 TDs
16 rushes 82 yds 1 TD and 1 fumble

Curious if Rod pulls him after the fumble as he obviously has a short leash when it comes to turnovers from the QB

Based on the scores so far; this prediction (42-10) would make the most sense. This is the worst team (with the exception of EiU) we will play all year. They are giving up over 36 points per game. Anything less than this type of point differential would be disappointing.

Yoy are right they are not that bad but they are flawed.

If BG doesn't stop NIU from running then NIU wins 31-14.
