I read the thread title and was trying to figure out why Scott Frost goes around with his hands on his head all the time.

Taggart did the same thing last year in preparing for Navy as he ran a very similar offense at Western Kentucky as a player and assistant coach to Jack Harbaugh.

Frost and Taggart would have made for a great rivalry. There was no love lost but I think there was some mutual respect.
