It's too early but it sure would be funny!

Washington State vs Cal is on tonight too!

As much as I hate the idea of Friday night games, these matches have been quite good.

Kelly Bryant goes down for Clemson just before the half ends. He was already limping a little bit and he took a vicious hit with under a minute to go.

Cuse is up 17-14

Clemson is having trouble with Syracuse. Lost their QB to a concussion. Should not try to run up the middle into players which have numbers which start with "9".

Cuse 27 Clemson 24! Now the SEC has a chance for the first time to land 2 in the CFP. Clemson has Georgia Tech next week and likely without their starting QB. Syracuse may have beaten them twice tonight!

Clemson has 15 days before their next game Jr. They play Ga Tech on Oct 28th. He will probably be good to go, but he was out like a light tonight. I thought they killed him.

You're right Medic. But still Dabo said it was a concussion. You are not fine with one of those in two weeks. So he may still be out. But 2 weeks will give their backup some practice time.

True. I had a nasty concussion after an ATV wreck. It took months for me to get my act together. You do not even realize your deficits. I was looking back through office records a year later and my handwriting looked like a 3rd grader. I still have lingering effects to this day.

RE: Clemson and Syracuse on a Friday night
Don't sleep on Miami coming out of that league undefeated. If they beat Notre Dame and defeat Clemson(I've still got to peg them as the favorite) in the CCG then that's going to be quite a story.

I think it will take a conference champ having 2 or more losses to get a 2nd SEC team in and that's only if the SEC runner-up has one close loss.

And if for some reason the SEC does get 2 in, expect to hear calls for expanding the playoff to get louder and louder. That dynamic alone may keep the committee from puling the trigger.
