First election I was eligible to vote for I pulled the lever for Badnarik. In retrospect I made the best choice.

I'm youngish as well...

Dubya, Dubya, McCain (awful mistake - should've gone 3rd party), Romney, and sat out this past election. However, since the election and the BS response from the left and the GOP establishment... I'll be voting for Trump's reelection in 2020.

Badnarik '04: In retrospect the best choice
Barr '08: In retrospect a terrible choice .... all candidates were garbage this year
Johnson '12: In retrospect the best choice
Johnson '16: In retrospect a terrible campaign, his heart wasn't in it for another 4 years at the grind .... all candidates were garbage this year

72 Hospers (thought it was really cool to vote for somebody that far out of the mainstream)
76 MacBride
80 Reagan (had to beat Carter)
84 Bergland
88 Paul
92 Marrou
96 Browne
2000 Browne
04 Badnarik
08 Barr (holding my nose, they all sucked)
12 Johnson
16 Johnson

Don't regret any of them (except maybe Barr, but what were the options?). Can't imagine feeling that way had I voted differently.

Clinton (thought he did okay 1st term)
Bush II
Bush II
McCain
Romney (think liberals, if he'd have won we wouldn't have Trump now)
Trump

And no one is going to comment that the OP finally answered the mystery of who was the one person that voted for Mondale?

Another interesting thing about these bumper stickers is all of the earlier ones are not patriotic in design at all. It's nice that in the 1950's, 60's and even 70's, you didn't need to have bumper stickers done in red, white and blue to prove you were a patriot. Now I'm afraid in the future, they all will have to be those colors.

I think my favorite design of all the 'losers' is the simple Ford/Dole one in 1976 (which I guess was the first red, white and blue one ironically).

I'm guessing that guy is an anti-war, anti-religious right, non-libertarian conservative. That can't explain the vote for Al Freakin' Gore, though. *shudder*

He isn't anti-war if he voted for McCain either.

I doubt this is who he voted for; I think he just collected stickers of all the losers. For all we know he may have another car with all the winners on it, lol.

Harry Browne brought me into the Libertarian Party....Barr made me leave. Not even Ron Paul was as good at delivering the axiom of non aggression as well as the late great Harry Browne.

SNL was never funny, even when they had Chevy Chase and John Belushi. I think you just had to be stoned to watch it.

I voted for Ford and Bush and worked in both their campaigns (although I worked in 88 Bush, not 92). Still have my Texans for Ford button. Also voted for Dole, McCain and Romney.

we all have varying sensei humor(s)...

I'm on record stating that I would've liked to see what would've happened if Ford would've gotten elected....Nixon and the RNC seriously ****** this cuntry into submission where it was in that time frame.....

now we're in complete drag arse=fault recovery mode.....

again, if the USD crumbles, it's over......none of any of this bs will mean tricky dick.....

Exactly the same votes for me. First president I got to vote for was Reagan.

Only vote I regret now was Perot. I really liked what I heard from Perot so he got my vote. It was also a protest vote against the establishment...
but enough conservatives peeled off Bush and voted Perot — opening the door for Bill, Hill and the blue dress.

Not thrilled with Trump but voted for him. Some what as a protest against the establishment and as a protest against Hilldawg. (No way that lying, corrupt POS should ever get the honor of being the first female president.)
