Some of them seemed to end up on StubHub, there was a lot of that section listed there earlier. Maybe that’s because they were returned and then snapped up by brokers? UD folks seem to believe Nova doesn’t travel well.

They haven't traveled well in the past, and my sense is that this time they are more hopeful than optimistic. Heck, their home support isn't all that great, although they've got a core of good long time fans, even if they're a bit heavy on gray hair.

Last time GameDay was here, we set our attendance record of 26,069 (about 1192 over capacity). It'd be great to break that number without upsetting the fire marshal too much.

Villanova has never brought a notable amount of fans and they are one of the more poorly attended fan bases in the CAA. Whatever amount UR brought back in 2015 (which was probably the most I'd ever see them bring), it'll be much less than that. I would say 2k tops, maybe more like 1k.

Most of the butts in the seats at Villanova games are parents, former players and fans of the opposing team. When they want to show up a bit bigger they hand out free tickets to pop warner teams.

Thats all a long way of saying I doubt youll see anyone other than parents and perhaps Howie Long, who happens to live nearby, crashing the party.
