I think the rain works to our favor because we have the better QB. Need to be smart with the ball, though. Also, CMU has trouble converting on 3rd down and the rain sure won't help that.

Only thing is.. that is one big nasty looking blob that is headed toward central Michigan. It looks like there are some thunderstorms in there, so they could have some lighting delays. Hopefully they can finish the game.

In my usually wrong opinion, rain doesn't slow down a solid offense nearly as much as the wind does, especially with these gorilla glue type of gloves the guys wear these days. Pet your cat wearing the new gloves and you're liable to skin the darned thing. Anyhow - Winds looking to stay around 8mph most of the game, should be manageable.

Shaping up as a fun week of football. Improbably wins, Syracuse and then the REALLY big one, Clay over St. Johns. (St. John? St. John's? I should google)
