Does anyone have a lead on an AirBnb or a spot in Harrisonburg for lodging that a gameday crew of 4-5 can stay at? The closest spot they found was Waynesboro. I was hoping to find something closer for them! PM details if direct.

Just trying to treat them well so that all parties can feel as good about the visit as the first time so that maybe they'll be a third visit in the future!

I'm a little surprised lodging wasn't arranged by someone affiliated with ESPN and perhaps with the assistance of a JMU athletics employee. With that being said, I know nothing of their behind the scenes process. It'd be interesting to learn some details.

That's what I set them up with last time. (Guess they were hoping for closer). Just told me that they have someone arrange it that he thought they'd be okay but he threw out Waynesboro and I told him that was a little far. So if I had something to suggest in town, I'm sure they'd be interested!

What days are they looking? It appears if they are willing to do Wednesday with a checkout on Saturday they can get rooms at either the Courtyard or the Hampton Inn in the burg on Priceline.

Actually can get those two for just Thursday and Friday night as well.

Cool...I didn't even look at the hotels, figured they would be close to max. He mentioned last time they were trying to find a home/spot where they didn't have to get multiple rooms...maybe that's their line of thinking when searching.

I'm not an airbnb user but just by searching their site real quick, I found a lot of options in the harrisonburg area and 30 minutes surrounding.

There were hotel rooms available (as of yesterday) right in town for Friday night. Do they stay through Saturday as well? Because Saturday is booked solid.

I just canceled two rooms at the Motel 6 for Friday night. We're coming in early Saturday AM instead. Not sure if they can use them, but FYI.
