No anger here. Living in reality helps to keep me even keel.

Lots of pioneers and high achievers were considered insane by many trying to hold them back.

Nice showing in the polls by the AAC this week. One nice by-product of having multiple ranked teams is the tendency of those games to draw more casual viewers. Thats our best showing since 2015 when I believe we had 3-4 teams that were in and out of the rankings for much of that year. Its also not an accident that 2015 was our best year for 1 million+ games in a season. Racking up those million+ viewer games is exactly the kind of thing that may very well pay dividends down the road during contract negotiations.

I’m not. There aren’t that many undefeateds left. Navy is 5-0 with a history of 9-10 win seasons in recent years. It’s logical.

On the other hand, it pisses me off that we SHOULD be ranked much higher, and the only reason we are not is that we don't get the pre-season respect in the polls, and you can't climb as high as you deserve if you start out being out of the T25 until the 4th or 5th week.

BUT.... On the third hand...

The actual poll that counts isn't out yet. Let's see what happens when that comes out. When DOES that come out, buy the way?
