Well AFA is happy where they are in the MW as they are insistent on playing CSU and WYO. Army of course was scarred by their C-USA experience. So it will be difficult to convince either to join IMO.

That in Bold is why you will NEVER get them. They will always be a Package Deal with the Other Front Range schools for all Sports......

No they won't. Their coach, Troy Calhoun, has made veiled references in the past about his displeasure with the MWC in many aspects. They'd want to continue playing CSU (which they could do OOC), but they're not married to WYO -- and there's no way Aresco is adding WYO.

Anyway, I'm not actually sure Navy would support adding AFA or Army to the AAC. It would free up two non-conference games for them, but being able to sell recruits on membership in a premier national conference is a big deal for Navy. AFA has to go out of their way to play in Texas and Florida, it's an every year thing for Navy. I wouldn't be surprised if Navy opposed it.
