Hey, still waiting on you to provide evidence to back up your cockamamie claim that Paddock was a NRA guy.

http://csnbbs.com/thread-829127-page-2.html

Did you also request evidence that he was an atheist and registered Democrat?

The way things work around here cupcake is when you make a claim you have to back it up. So either back it up or admit you were talking out your ass.

Does that apply to everyone around here? Or is it selectively enforced according to one's own bias?

Worry about yourself junior, not everybody else.

Now back up your claim or admit you were talking out of your ass.

(BTW, nobody is going to be surprised when you admit you were talking out your ass. We've become accustomed to it from you)

Yes. Whatever a "well regulated" (read "supplied") soldier has in theater on his person. So, not a tank, not a bomb, not a bed-mounted 50 cal MG.

Now, I would agree that the local municipalities are within their rights to require those extraordinary weapons (full auto, hand grenades, etc.) to stay on your own property, or safe transfer to training centers or ranges (i.e. in the trunk - unloaded). But I do think tanks and bed-mounted 50 cal MGs etc. should be possessed by the citizen militia in some way, not controlled by the feds. Possibly a state militia like the Tennessee state guard, for example.

So what you're saying is those are effectively automatic weapons and should be illegal ... I can't disagree with that.

My personal opinion is that there is nothing wrong with fully automatic weapons. Or semi-auto, or single-action.

No weapon, regardless of capabilities, will choose to kill or injure a person.

Again, it all boils down to the individual holding the weapon.

If I owned an M1 Abrams tank and you wouldn't have to worry about me using it to mow down concert goers.
