What's not good is that they're predicting the storm will drastically slow once it gets near land/makes landfall. It goes from a fast moving storm to basically taking 12 hours to go from just offshore to being slightly into Alabama. That will mean a lot more rain for the entire area. At least New Orleans appears to be just slightly west of the eye at landfall.

Tulsa beat writer Kelly Hines said the game could be moved up again to 10 am CT. No official word yet.

There may be Tropical Storm conditions in the 4th quarter of the game. This means that kicking and throwing is going to be a nightmare. Tulane doesn't really throw the ball that often anyway, so I guess we're OK with bad weather games.
