I’ve got that on my list! Looks interesting.

La Mante. Recent French mini-series. 2018. English Subtitles. Netflix. Very well acted and very stylish. About a female serial killler. Totally creepy. A worthy descendant to Silence of the lambs.
Undercover. Dutch. 2018. English subtitles. This apparently was very popular world-wide. Drug cartel caper.
Spy. The most recent Netflix mini-series. Based on the true story of Eli Cohen, the legendary Israeli spy in the 1960’s. Produced by a French Company but in English. Stars Sacha Baron Cohen who does a great job..surprisingly.
Just finished The Politician on Netflix. Like all streaming shows (and maybe shows in general), it's probably a bit too melodramatic at times with ways to try to figure out to how to end each episode with a blockbuster or cliffhanger. But the most interesting part of this show is that the 8th and final episode is really the 1st episode to season 2 (the 1st 7 episodes wrap up season 1), and that season seems really, really good.
I think Netflix in general has been pretty meh the last few years. But I'd put this show - along with The Umbrella Academy and maybe Love, Death & Robots - as the best 3 things it's done lately. This show is by Ryan Murphy (of Glee and American Horror Story fame), and I'd describe it as the movie Election (with Reese Witherspoon) meets Glee, with a touch of Hulu's The Act thrown in for good measure. Not as much music as Glee either.
The new Bill Burr "Paper Tiger" special on Netflix is really funny.....However, its very politically incorrect---so if being politically incorrect will upset or anger you---I'd skip it. Other wise, its good way to laugh your way through an hour.

It's Bill Burr, would you expect anything different.

19-2 on El Rey network. A Canadian police drama. I've never seen it until they just started showing it about a month ago. One episode, and I was hooked. Comes on Wednesday nights. It's old, and looks like the whole series is available on Amazon.
Another show on El Rey, Man at Arms. It's old as well, but it's cool seeing them create weapons from all over the world.
Disney + launched overnight, and let me be the first here to pimp this service. It has an unbelievable amount of content (just about every Marvel movie, all the Star Wars movies plus the new original show the Mandalarian, all the Pixar films except the latest two ones, tons of National Geographic and Fox content (30 years of Simpsons episodes), and then so much Disney content from 80-plus years. Well worth the money (which is cheaper than Netflix anyway).
My current favorite is Secret City. Netflix series. 2 Seasons
Australian. Chinese-Australian International intrigue.
Stars Anna Torv that some may remember from the Fringe TV series seen on US TV a few years back
Just finished season 3 of Marvelous Mrs Maisel. Saw a few guys call it chick TV. I just found it hilarious and fun. Rachel Brosnahan is gorgeous and I personally like women that are smart and funny, do that just makes her hotter to me. Mostly though, it's great humor!
Currently watching the final season of Killjoys and the latest season of The Expanse. Love Sci-Fi! Watched all three seasons of Travelers and loved it and am eagerly awaiting season 2 of Altered Carbon. On the comedy side, wife and I really enjoy Last Man on Earth (though we've only see season 1) and Superstore.
