Maybe College BB will become more soccer like in its honest development of players.

Or maybe the NBA will draft into their farm clubs right out of high school
and colleges will not longer be the inbetween stopping place.

Or maybe the big schools will can the NCAA, breakaway from its 'rules' and pay players.

So maybe the FBI takes a close look at the NCAA and why they have so mysteriously never seen any of this going on. The old saying "follow the money" will be guiding light. And how many schools will be caught up in this investigation? Got any ideas as to what schools could be suspect?

Look at the top 100 schools from the past few years and you will have your answer.

They might need more players on the bench, if they play more games.
Football players seem to get hurt more than BB players.

I'd wager Cal has 'a guy" who 'takes care of it.' At this stage of his career why would Cal need to know about must less get involved in any of the dirt?

I am going to be in the minority here. I do not think players should get paid to play any college sports. In order to make it in the world, (nowadays, and yes I know there is small percentage of people that are successful that only have a HS diploma or GED) you have to have some type of military or college background. Studies have been done on players that have skipped college and went straight to the pros after high school and the studies found that the majority of those players were broke by age 40. One injury can kill your whole career and the majority of the players don't have a Plan B.

Most probably are not. Also doesn't mean 100 schools. Heck, UK prolly has 3 of the 100.

Supposedly, that is no longer a defense for the NCAA. Buck stops with the HC - and not before. Probably good enough defense to avoid jail time though.
