The two teams we have beaten this year in d-1a are both in the bottom 10, and have a combined 1-9 record.

Toledo was the overwhelming favorite to win the MAC. After four games, who is the favorite now?

Toledo is, we went 3 -1. I think that's pretty good. UT will blow out EMU, have don't it in the past and will do it on Sat.

Toledo is, we went 3 -1. I think that's pretty good. UT will blow out EMU, have don't it in the past and will do it on Sat.

When the Rockets get the offense rolling & don't shoot themselves in the foot, it may end up being just enough to win the West if not the MAC. I've been impressed with Northern. Their D is pretty solid & they can get a good ground game going. If they get stable play at QB they have as good a shot as we do imo. If Toledo handles EMU easily Saturday after getting a bit of rust in the bye week, that will be a good thing to see!

Must win as in all games, sure EMU is better then they ever been, but UT is playing at home, has had better recruiting then EMU could ever have, and a winning program. If this game was at EMU, it would be closer. UT offensively is far better then UK. Don't shoot yourself in the foot, UT wins easily.

Toledo by 14. I suspect their O-line is good enough to fend off the EMU pass rush enough for Woodfield (j/k) to find his receivers and will be able to outscore EMU. 42-28 or something like that.

I don't believe for a 2nd that their D is better than Miami (FL). I think we have faced our toughest defensive threat. We will put up points against anyone. Question is can we stop the other MAC teams. I believe we can.

We have proven we can score on anybody. Our offense can be unstoppable in the MAC if we clean up the unforced errors like drops, penalties etc. The question will be, can we slow down any opposing offense? Especially the running game. If we don't improve, we will be looking at another disspointing season. I had to laugh watching the Lions game this weekend. The play by play guy asked the question after Roberts caught his first NFL pass.. "How did Toledo lose last year with Hunt and Roberts" I felt like screaming at the TV in response saying "NO DEFENSE"
