The permit for the new roost looked like it was filed with the city.

All the info I had been given ( over several years ), indicated the "edifice" to be built down the right field line was to be a two or three story combo purpose building. What is being built is a single story, smallish, wood frame structure that apparently will replace the Roost tent that had been in left field.

I've been out if RBI for two years so apparently, the plans were changed. Hope the Snack Shack is a success.

Bob, I believe the original plans are still in the works. The construction you're referring to, which will be ready by the start of the season, is simply Phase 1.
