Flowers will throw 3 Interceptions vs this UCF Defense. You see how bad they just made Riley look? Riley is a better QB than Flowers

He will? Flowers has a strong habit of protecting the ball and he's also a threat to run, Ferguson isn't-if a play isn't there you're going to catch a guy with 4.4 speed? We also have a defense, Memphis doesn't. You haven't even seen half the USF offense, it's going to be hard to stop us when you don't know what we're planning on doing. We've just been throwing slants and posts all year and running it up the middle 50 times. Even when teams know what we're doing they can't stop us.
I haven't even added in the defensive factor. The line gets sacks, hits, and tips the ball exceptionally well. We also run a 4-2-5 which is designed to stop spread offenses like yours. Let's see how well your D does when they're backed up against their end zone after a Milton INT. Let's see how great Killins is when Sawtelle or Nichols gets helmet on ball for a fumble.
Last point-you have no bye weeks left. If you're going to run the table, you better stay healthy!

There's a reason we lead the country in interceptions. We take the ball away from players who think they're going to be able to protect the ball. Short answer, they don't.
And guys-there's one glimpse of the full offense. Go take a look at the UI game if you want some film. Tell me after that if you think we've been showing our full offense.

Jeff George Jr./Chayce Crouch (Illinois): 2 TD 6 INT
Logan Marchi/Frank Nutile (Temple): 6 TD 7 INT
Thomas Sirk (ECU): 6 TD 6 INT

Every FBS QB/QB combo you've faced has at least 6 interceptions on the year. You get credit for leading the country in interceptions, of course. But don't act like all these guys you've faced are quarterbacks who are otherwise exceptional at taking care of the ball. UCF is tied for second in the country in passes intercepted, btw.

I've never said anything about USF not being good. They're good. But I'm curious what phase of the game you think UCF is weak in.

Yep. He never recovered when we had 3 chances to put points on the board in the 1st quarter when it was 7-6. He had a bad game and UCF defense compounded it. He is better than that and needs to show it the rest of the way.
