It was a good win for Tech verse USA because they are going to win the Sunbelt. You look foolish now. Congrats to South Alabama on the win tonight! The conference is yours for the taking. Looking forward to seeing you beat down the Redwolves later this year.
Somehow I think App State has a shot.
No, you guys are going to lose to Idaho this week, or did you miss that dandy of a post?
South has zero control of their own destiny, and still has to play ULM and AState (at home) They are not favorites to win the league simply because they beat Troy.
Oh boy they still have to play ULM.
ULM is 3-0, in 1st place in the SBC, and averaging 50 points a game over those 3 conference games. You better hope you don’t get us in a bowl. Well, you guys probably would be too scared to play…again.
I think ULM is going to be a tough matchup for us. First, we don't really score a lot of points. ULM also has shown that they can win on the road. I fully expect them to come into Mobile at 4-0 in the conference. I also don't expect them to turn the ball over 4 times, turn the ball over on downs several more times or miss multiple chip shot FG attempts. They're a good team this year, and if they played at La Tech, they'd be even money to win the game (at worst).
The win at Troy just gave Coach Jones a path to keeping his job. The ULM game is just as critical for him.

No not even money, It would open around +10.5 at Tech and +7.5
