the ucf/usf then who cares comments are beyond me...glad it didnt take high an mighty ucf fans long to get back into shape, what did you guys do the last 2 years?..modest temple & navy, and not as cocky houston when they are winning were boring....cant wait till you guys call yourselves the flagship of this conference again
but shhh.. navys undefeated tooo...but dont tell usf and ucf fans
Navy has just won conference games. That doesn't count.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but what is your rationale for this. USF and Houston played a like opponent (Temple - by the way, USF held them to 85 total yards). USF won by 30, Houston won by 7. Houston also has a loss, and USF is undefeated. There is no rationale for this, in my opinion.

All 23 of those wins were not easy, there were some good teams in there, and we beat a couple ranked opponents. 23 of 27 is one serious roll. Everyone can see that.
This year's schedule has been somewhat easy so far, but winning 10 games in a row is not, regardless of who you have played. When is the last time UCF won 10 in a row.

I can get there:
1. They both played Temple, but Houston played away.
2. Houston has played Arizona, Rice, and Texas Tech while USF played Stony Brook, Illinois, UConn and ECU.

It's ok, he got so destroyed by UCF all he can do is rag on us claiming we don't beat anyone except everyone in our conference that matters and USCe team and a B1G team we hung 700 yards of offense and half a hundred points on.
Edit: sorry, thought it was a MIT Memphis post

RE: Rank'em...
1. USF (5-0, FBS opponents 6-13 overall)
2. UCF (3-0, FBS opponents 9-3 overall)
3. Navy (4-0, FBS opponents 7-11 overall)
4. SMU (4-1)
5. Memphis (3-1)
6. Houston (3-1)
Who the hell knows for the teams below:
7. Tulane (2-2)
8. Temple (2-2)
9. East Carolina (1-4, very tough schedule)
10. Tulsa (1-3)
11. Cincinnati (2-2)
12. UCONN (1-2)
USF ahead of UCF for now due to sheer quantity of wins, even if the quality isn't close. Both teams have blown every opponent out so far. Navy behind UCF for lower quality wins at lower margins of victory. All three teams are very close to each other. UCF plays the other four Top 5 teams so we'll see where we stand.
ps..... Dat AAC West draw for USF. Even their conference schedule sucks (I know, I know, you can't control it).

OK, well at least you tried to rationalize it. He didn't. Who cares if they played Temple away, 30 pt win vs. a 7 pt win is a big difference. It's not like is was 10 vs. 7.
IMO, if USF played everyone Houston played, we'd still be undefeated. That's just an opinion though.

UCF plays at SMU and Navy so will be tested soon. I ranked SMU #4. I think they could be scary good, like 9-3 or 10-2 good.

tech is currently taking okstate to the Wire and their top WR got injured mid-game ..usf hasn't been playing great despite your scores
and usf plays to score on offense as much as possible ...houston plays to have 7min 15 play drives on offense..we arent trying to score a ton (despite our fans hating it) applewhite has a big 10 mindset
even though i think usf is better, score differential doesn't tell the full story

UCF is easily the best team in the conference. Good offense and good defense. I'm not just saying that because they destroyed us.

1) UCF- Destroying Maryland (who won on the road at previously undefeated Minnesota today) and Memphis back-t-back makes the Knights the Kings.
2) USF- They just keep winning.
3) Navy- Haven't seen them at all on the tube but they're undefeated.
4) Memphis
5) SMU
6) Houston
7) Temple
8) Cincinnati
9) Tulane
10) Tulsa
11) East Carolina
12) UConn
