RE: Fire Haynes
After the last two minute sequence of events/decisions by PH ( including unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on PH) and overall lack of progress of the program under his reign- time is up!! This should have been accomplished last night when they returned to campus or is the AD too busy looking over his shoulder trying to save his own job? 2013 vs 2017 who woulda thunk it??

Most of the Dept was in Akron watching that debacle. However, President Warren was at the basketball game. I wonder when Joel will understand that its basketball first. Oh, we are playing for the wagon wheel? My fault, I didnt realize the importance of the football game.

She sent quite a message with that choice of attendance.

Well, it's now official. Of course, it was already a certainty, only a matter of when.

Even though it didn't go well, I want to thank Coach Haynes for his work at Kent. I hope he is successful in the next stage of his life.

Bopol - Agree 100% - as one who has had cancer I wish him continued health.

Prayers are in order for the next man, whoever he may be, who steps into that swamp. He'll need them.

Prayers always good but the situation is not as dire as one might believe. The MAC East is not very good.

Kent did end up winning double the amount of games I thought they would win this year, so I guess that is a plus.

Just in case you wondered...

Kent State did manage to climb up to 128th out of 130 teams in total offense, ahead of only UTEP and Rutgers. In scoring, though, we were 129 with 12.8 ppg.
