Make sure and get some little gifts for your hired help back home...I do that and they adore me.

Yes Emeril's, auto correct sometimes does unwanted changes. Yes Café du Monde is ordinary but it provides a changes to mingle with the common folk. And of course when I say Road Trip we do not actually drive as we have fractions to use.

I'm jealous. Had a blast in Ann Arbor and Annapolis. But I work some weekends, cant make every trip.

ps Next time any of you go to Annapolis, Jimmy Cantler's, good beer in cans, on the water, brown paper on your table while you work over some good fresh crab. We were surrounded by locals that were surprised we found the place. Helps to travel with a friend that went to the academy.
