If you are speaking relative to other conferences as a whole it is probably baseball. We are at worst the 5th best conference (stronger than the B10 for sure) and rising. I think Track & Field is also pretty strong relative to the other conferences as well.

In terms of top teams it is women's basketball (championships) and then football (2 major bowl wins amd Top 10 teams). I don't think we have a single Sweet 16 or CWS berth to our name yet.

I would put mens basketball just above or tied with football

True, but if we are taking the strength of the entire conference in consideration I see baseball over WBB and football.

As an example, Kentucky men's basketball wins tons of hardware, but the SEC is universally considered to be about the 5th or 6th best men's basketball conference.

I think our soccer programs are pretty strong. Tulsa beat the #1 ranked Men's team in Stanford, then we beat SMU in conference play and SMU was in the top 25. UConn and USF are good too.

UConn had two straight years that their player was drafted 1 overall in the MLS draft

Basketball. We just have haven't done much in the tournament. However I think our schools have been screwed by seeding in the past. SMU also got screwed by the refs.
