$44 million buyout. To coach players who can't be paid.

Yeah, he's probably going to be fired for cause, if UL can find a way to make that stick, but if it's a settlement... $44m.

You know, if Louisville has to pay $44 mil, I'm not going to shed a tear. I hope the other teams in the ACC get together, turn up their snooty little noses and kick them out. 03-snooty

It was also reported that yesterday the FBI raided Andy Millers office and confiscated his computer. Miller is a big time NBA sports agent.

This is our second year with UA. It was Nike prior to that.

Wow. The NCAA might drop Louis-vile all the way down to a 6 seed.

You have to figure that Pearl's ass is on the line too. If AU was smart, given that he was hired while still under a show cause, there is language in Pearl's contract that makes him easy to roll under a bus if he's caught cheating.

Then again, I have not heard anyone talking about how smart Jacobs is lately.

Louisville news conference at 1PM... supposedly without Jurich or Pitino present. Pitino apparently told staff he expects to be fired.

Inevitable... probably will see much more of this at all of the schools associated with these corruption charges.

I don't want anything to happen to Pearl until Dec. 10. I want to beat him once on the court before they run him off.
