We should make a deal with THE RUSSIANS to protect our systems.

1) Voter registration info is publicly available on state .gov websites.
2) States don't control Voting, individual counties do
3) Counties maintain voter registration info and voting loacations
4) Most electronic voting machines do optical scans of paper ballots
5) Other electronic voting machines are NEVER connected to the internet during voting, the machines
do not talk to each other.

RUSSIANS would have break into county storage facilities, connect individual machines to wifi and change software to vote for this candidate and that does not include local ballot issues LOL.

The Russians could delete all voter registration info from a state database, does not matter. You register in your county. Fake news lazy reporting no votes changed.

So is this an anti-Trump screed or intended for some other purpose such as to warn of the dangers of allowing anyone to vote without some sort of identification?

DHS was the agency probably doing this, not the Russians.
