I agree; however, I think Trump is the first POTUS to get China to at least play ball. That's a step in the right direction. This is the first time I've heard of Chinese banks not being allowed to do business with NK.

A bomb placed up Kim Jong Fatass' corpulent rectum would be more effective, but Trump has had some success pressuring not only NK, but those that do business with it.

Who is upset?

I don't see anybody upset about sanctioning NK because as I said, it's the only possible solution we have. There is no viable military option. Too many innocent people would die.

That being said, anything trump does to get China and/or Russia involved is a good thing. I just think it's a tad premature to give him credit yet. Especially since we don't really know if this is his doing or just a by-product of the current times where NK appears way closer to having capabilities to deliver long-range nukes than ever before. That alone would make China and Russia way more interested than they were in the past in following the UN sanctions.

But this is the first time we have gotten China and Russia to go along with such severe sanctions.

Trump is getting results because NK is throwing a bigger than normal temper tantrum.

Yes, but there's one big difference now than in years past. NK, if it doesn't already, is very close to having a deliverable nuke.
