A husky is a perfect mascot for a school named UConn. The name UConn Huskies is derived from "Yukon" Huskies. The husky mascot just makes sense.

The husky has mastered floating so that he can exit Pratt & Whitney Stadium in a hurry in order to save face whenever our football team lays an egg (which, as you all know, is frequently).

Just saying, he'd be a great companion mascot to the pup.

He could throw his pickax, have it return to him, lick the ax, and say, "tastes like mac and cheese".

Just noticed the Mr. Corneliuse is packing a Colt .45

I'm sure this would get the NCAAs panties in a wad and violate safe spaces if he showed up at games.

He actually looks pretty good with the husky.
