This is just a huge distraction for the team. I think we need to just cancel the rest of the games this year. :)

It won't go to trial. Their lawyer is wanting to keep this in the public eye until he gets what he wants. Case won't hold up on court and he knows that so the more press he can get to make Georgia Southern look bad, the more likely GS will fold and give them money just to shut up.

It's going to be a long year.
