Declining attendance is something schools are dealing with at all levels. I think the game experience at Zable is better now than ever, and hopefully the students and passive attendees get excited as the offense clicks more. You can be sure the stadium will be rocking for homecoming given it's JMU. That game is a big chance to win some fans for the later season games.

As long as they realize about 1/3 of those in attendance will be wearing purple...

Yeah, it'll be roughly 1/3 JMU fans in their stands and we will be much louder, despite having fewer numbers in comparison. That stadium and crowd is always a friggin library. Quietest CAA stadium I've been to except maybe VU.
