Yep...Mercer fans have lots of familiarity with that "we almost did" too...especially with the Bellhops...3 L's by a TOTAL of 5 points in the past 3 years...ARRGGGGHHH...and 2 1 point losses to Woffy. PAINFUL.

ETSU can DEFINITELY win. The Bucs beat a Playoff bound-Samford Team last year...and a KSU Team that everyone (except me) seems to think is ALL THAT.

Certainly CAN...don't think they will. Mercer's Defense is really good - FAST and aggressive. They remind me of the D's of Chatt & El Cid in prior, but recent years. Gotta score to win and I just think ETSU is going to have a hard time finding the end zone....unless Mercer's O (as they did against Woffy) decides to give the Bucs the ball back...a bunch of times...in great field position. If ETSU can win the turnover battle by +3 or more, they'll be right in it, IMO.

Why would any Bucs fan leave early, arrive late, or no show to watch this uT version of football? I've already switched to the knitting chanel after watching the first qtr of the UT-UMass game.

The answer is simple for me. I do not watch them.
