LOL Smoo

Sure, one was a consensus All-American as a freshman and is widely considered the #1 player in college football, and the other I've never even heard of.

Quote:1. Ed Oliver, DT, Houston: Oliver was the most impressive freshman defender in recent college football history. He'll be a constant thorn in the side of offenses for the foreseeable future.

I guess that just shows your lack of knowledge of college football. The guy you've never heard of widely considered the best receiver in college football. Also, projected as mid first rounder in next year's draft. Currently, CBS has him going 10th.

I love Oliver. That guy is a game changer. But he won't win the Heisman. Wrong position. Wrong conference.

Heisman Watch - Ed Oliver
Cortland has maybe a 5% chance of winning it. That's 5% more than Oliver...which has nothing to do with his talent. Defenders don't win it.

And to say you don't know Cortland is pretty small time.

sutton has zero percet chance....ZERO...

WR Corey Davis (from wmu) last year is an exact prototype of the highest hype he could possibly get (top 5 pick, no where in the heisman convo)

he could dominate the rest of the season and he wouldnt even get an invite

there has only been 1 DT who's stats have been comparable to olivers and thats Ndamukong Suh and he finished #4 in heisman voting ....ed likely can't win but getting to NY is possible

Ed Oliver is the greatest football player I've ever seen.
