Ha Dog Fan, was that Cindy Crawford knocking on your front door?

I doubt it. She's too old and experienced for me now. There's nothing I can teach her. I prefer the 18 to 21 year olds. I could train and mold them and tell them that my way is best because of my years of experience. On second thought, maybe Cindy Crawford could teach ME something! 02-13-banana

BEER in Wrigleyville or Trophy Room in River North usually do.

RE: Nebraska
We wont make 500 ball if we continue to have 200 or so yards of penalties going forward. That was so disappointing. I don't know what the final penalty yardage was, but I know it was close to 200 by the end of the game. We will get our buts handed to us if that happens again. EIU was not that good. BC, we should have won.

It is hard to tell how much Santa improved until we see him against Neb. this week. We will have a tough time going forward I think. Let us hope we stay healthy.

My opinion is that we are a little better off in the passing game with Santa. But, the level of D was not the same either. This will tell us a lot more this week and next. Go Huskies.

The defense gave up a total of 187 yards again EIU. What are you expecting? Under 100 every game? 01-wingedeagle

I'm sure he was referring to EIUs defense that Santa faced. Not the Huskies defense.

NIU was a pro style offense last year? I missed that.

Maybe that's why we didn't win too many games last year. We didn't know what offense we were running.

He obviously seems very frustrated with his team and did not do too much research on NIU...not being aware that Beebe is out. Hopefully we can frustrate the Huskers a bit and have a chance at the end...

GO HUSKIES!!!!

As good as Nebraska is, NIU has 2 tougher opponents left according to Massey composites:

#37 San Diego St
#45 Toledo
#47 Nebraska
#54 Western Michigan

RE: Nebraska
I think we have a better chance vs Nebraska than vs SD St.

1. The guys will be extra pumped to play a B1G team rather than a MWC team

2. Except for the Potato bowl we play like crap for Mtn or West coast games.

3. Because we cant have too much of a good thing going into our Homecoming game.

I agree with them. If they lose to us, they should terminate their program. Would that get us out of all future games we are committed to play there?

I was talking about the penalty yards, not defense. We gave up 201 yards on penalties. That sucks, plain and simple..

Yes, sorry that wasn't clear.
