We were down a player for almost half the game and UM didn't register a shot on goal....

The Broncos didn't allow a shot on goal for the full 90 minute game.

Not too shabby. Broncos named National Team of the Week.

Congrats to the team and coaching staff. Keep it rolling!

They just keep on winning. Kathy better take care of Coach Wiseman or he'll move on to a more favorable financial situation.

I saw the coaches poll which is the one that the NCAA uses. Before the RPI rankings come out the Coaches Poll and CSN (College Soccer News) are apparently the two major polls.

Surprise, surprise, surprise! An actual article, by an actual writer, on a Broncos team, on MLive.

Hmmmm, I wonder if First Row Sports website has college soccer streaming. It's a site based out of Europe so it's default sport is soccer ("football"). But going to American Football sport, it shows all the FBS games... and heck, even Grand Rapids Griffins playoff games.

WMU plays on Friday @Portland. Would be cool to have that piped in.

Looks like we outplayed Portland in the stats, but they came away with the win 4-1. Our first loss of the season. We need to regroup and beat MSU on October 4.

RE: WMU Men's Soccer
I am watching the game against Michigan State, and our goalie has gone down. It is pretty pathetic though that the kid has been laying on the grass for probably about a half hour and just now emergency response people have showed up. The commentator just said this is the longest he can ever remember there being a delay in a game for an injury. But it is hard to believe they would not have an EMS team at the game. High school games have them.

Now we play with a goalie who has not played a single minute yet this year, and without our starter who is a star.

Lost 1-0. Had several great chances to score, but shot high twice when we had open net.

Took a half hour for the ambulance to arrive. That head injury was clearly serious. No reason for it to take that long.

We had our chances, but MSU led in Shots by 12-7. The Goalie change certainly didn't help.

Over 3400 fans there yesterday.

The ambulance issue was embarasssing for both the school and city. Hope the kid is alright. It looked really serious. I hope I never need an ambulance in this town after watching that response time.
