GCU now eligible for tournament play
The NCAA caps Grand Canyon's Division 1 transition by approving them for postseason eligibility starting with this school year. A formality to be sure, but a symbolic one for the nation's only private for-profit D1 university.

I'm sure nmsu would still find a way to not be bowl eligible if that happened.

Congrats GCU! Glad to see you are now official and breaking down barriers/milestones in the NCAA D1 Division. I know you still hope to be a non-profit someday and hopefully you will. But in the meantime, use the capital you have and keeps investing in those facilities (both athletic and academic)!
