MD, you said the QB competition was never a competition and Graham was going to be the QB. If that's the case, he'd be playing if he was able to.

For others, notice that I didn't quote him.

He does not put any value or stock in the QB position, he is just treating them as a rotation of replaceable running backs. Under Carey we would never know which QB is the best, because he simply does not have an evaluation criteria for QB skill sets.

RE: Graham out 2-4 weeks with a sprained elbow
Couple things here.

1. I have very little doubt this play is when Graham got hurt.

It could be either elbow, because he falls on his left side but then a fat dude falls on him afterwards.

Also, say what you want about Graham's performance in that game but that was a PHENOMENAL throw.

2. The more I think about Carey flat out lying to the media about Graham playing (go back and look at his quotes from Tuesday's press conference) the more angry I get. Are you that concerned with getting a competitive advantage against an FCS school that you are going to straight up lie to the media and on your 2 deep?

It's just a bad look.

When Santa starts, do we refer to the receivers as elves? And maybe the O line are reindeer? And he HAS to wear red! And I bet he plays better in the cold.
....
He's calling his play
And checking it twice
Gonna find out Who's open all night
Santa Cantas coming to town

He sees you when you're stunting
He won’t fall for your cover 2 fake
He knows if you've been faking the blitz
So go back to man to man!

..come on posters, sing it with me....let hear some other verses!!!!

sorry,,,I have no other place to share these thoughts...

It should be qued at the spot as soon as you hit play, but it's at 11:46.

Doubt Graham is hurt. Didn't see if he tripped and fell heading back to sidelines after last play on last drive but I don't think so. He is probably dinged up but Carey is just using rotation at QB

I don't see anything from that play that would imply he was injured there.

I honestly think he might be having some type of mini breakdown. Carey reminds me of a player that just has lost all confidence and conviction about what he is doing.

Looks like Carey finally stated that Santa will be starting tomorrow. Didn't seem too happy to talk about it either.
