Rain favors UCF who has the advantage in the trenches. So you can only draw one conclusion from this as far as I can tell: God hates Memphis.

He was already out for a while due to injury but still not a good look

I imagine (perhaps naively) most petty criminals are people who don't have a lot going for them anyway, so they feel they don't have much to lose. In cases like this it's hard to imagine what's going through his head. He had everything to lose, and risked it all for a damn xbox. It doesn't make any sense.

it's a small sample size but I think the FIU game last year was raining and Milton didn't seem to be effected throwing the ball in it

Ahh, the Marshall Monsoon! That was a fun day, complete and utter deluge for what seemed like the entirety of the game.

Seriously though the last weather report I looked at just mentioned on and off again showers. Still lousy weather, but not a big deal hopefully.

I wouldn't! Looks like normal Florida Summer (technically Fall) weather to me. Looks like the thunderstorms should be disappearing right around gametime so worst case, game gets a small delay with a lightning strike near kickoff.

From my experience, the forecast gives a great chance for a really nice evening for football.
