Since this thread is up here. Channel 12 did the same last Thurs or Fri. The talking heads said they were interested to see where fan loyalty was locally. UC blew it out of the water.

I do not remember a discussion, other than to announce the final poll results. I did think Gary Miller did a good job. He was upbeat.

They are now doing a Coach Fickell Diary segment. It is only a couple for mins but at least it is something. Don't think it is every night. Had one last night.

It's not really that hard... I could not name one writer for the Dispatch now that Aaron Portzline the CBJ beat writer is gone. I can name two local news anchors mainly because they are attractive. It's really easy to ignore these people.

really sad that after the last few years of utter mediocrity.. UC is still ahead, yet they still continue to ask this question..

I turned on ESPN1530 on my drive home to listen to Mo. Much to my shock, Lance was on instead. Nevertheless, I listened for 40 minutes on my drive home to see if he would say anything about the poll. He mentioned it at around 5:30. Didn't say who was in the lead, apologized to fans complaining that he couldn't put more teams in due to the new Twitter format, said people complaining about their team getting coverage had a chance to justify themselves in the poll. Said he was "intrigued" to see the numbers now that Tuberville is gone.

Then went on to talk about Bengals rosters for the next ten minutes and then about the couple that proposed at the FC Cincinnati game.

I looked through his Twitter feed. No Bearcats football. He did interview a former UC baseball player. Does he know UC is playing Michigan on Saturday?

Bearcats #1 is the best. He took every inch of Lance's twitter... and there were lots of likes for his licks.
