AState executes a nice little drive and kicks a 42 yard FG to end the half.

By the way, this is the most points we've scored vs a P5 team in a very long time...

Nebraska is gigantic. D Line is just getting run over, and when they do throw, its an inch perfect pass...

Problem with playing a game like this, is that we have to be perfect offensively to match them, and that's just not happening game 1.

Yes, but my understanding of the rule is that Anderson takes the official blame for it in the eyes of the refs. Coaching staff gets 2 unsportsmanlike fouls during a game, head coach is ejected.

I see what you're saying about the penalty now. Not looking good for us at this point. Defense can't stop them.

The downside of a game like this is that we could easily give up 50-60 points, and really learn nothing about our defense because no one in the Sun Belt plays this style of ball.

You act like this game is over. 1 possession game halfway through the 3rd.

Holding penalty and a couple nice tackles force a Nebraska punt.

About 5 minutes left 3rd quarter.

It's not over, but if their QB continues to play like he is, it's going to be hard for us to come back. We're going to need them to make mistakes, sort of like they did on that last drive. Meanwhile, we're going to have to play a near perfect game.
