Hey, at least you won Jerry... you'll get better.. most improvement is from week one to week 2.... or so they say... we were the exception to that rule last year...

Marshall certainly has a chance to win, but Miami (OH) is one of the better MAC teams and you are on the road. I really hope I'm wrong and Marshall runs it up on Miami. Best of luck.

It's unrelated but I stopped in Denton on my way to Norman from Austin to fill up and use the restroom. I'm surprised by the amount of support for the university. I saw a lot of people wearing green North Texas shirts. I went into the Walmart on University Blvd and got a lot of strange looks. Of course I'm all decked out in UTEP orange. Good luck on your season. I can't wait to return to Denton for our matchup.

People that have not been through Denton lately really don't know how much the culture has changed. Our new AD understands how to build relationship with the community. Tonight there will be a number of community related events centered around the the game tonight. I think many will be surprised with how much our attendance numbers improve this season.

Good luck in Norman today. OU has a beautiful campus. I hope UTEP can keep it respectable.
