Kennesaw State (located in Kennesaw, Georgia, just north of downtown Atlanta) and North Florida (located in Jacksonville) are set to join the Atlantic Sun Conference for the 2005-2006 academic year along with East Tennessee State. The announcement regarding KSU and UNF was just made on Sunday. These schools will help make up for the departure of UCF, FAU, Troy, and Georgia State, all of whom will head to other conferences after the 2004-2005 academic year ends.
