News from the Hill concerning construction:

*The West facade of RRS is going up slowly but steadily and should be set to go for the opening game of the 2003 season, Sept. 6th vs. Tulsa

*4 new residence halls are being built as we speak. The 4 are all adjoining, 4-story residence halls that will house the honors students (so they're gonna be pretty nice) when completed. The complex, known as the Quadrant, will be set by Spring 04 and will be used for Summer classes in 04. A fifth res. hall is being built where the old 4-H house used to be, across from Futrall Hall.

*In relation to the Quad, Cleveland Street is getting expanded, and Garland Avenue will become 4-lane from the start of campus to the intersection of Garland and Maple.

*Traffic lights are being installed at the corner of Maple and Stadium Drive due to traffic problems on Stadium. Word is more will come on the corner of Maple and Razorback, and Meadow and Razorback (by John McDonnell Field) eventually.

*Inn at Carnall Hall is renovating very quickly. For info on that..check the site http://www.innatcarnallhall.com
