Far-right smear campaign against Antifa exposed by Bellingcat

Read who Antifa is on their own website.
Come back here and post anything positive and expose your self as anyone who would support them in anyway.
Read what the organization itself says it is all about! If you continue to post anything in any way positive or continue to make excuses for them after doing so then I will say out right here you are an enemy of America.
The problem here is everyone knows white supremacist or nazis are evil. But come up with some new name and go out and battle with these thugs and the left automatically pronounce you OK. They are not. They are really just born out of rival thug gangs who have been co opted by communist intent on destroying our country.

Perhaps you have not been paying attention, but no one here supports Antifa or their actions no matter how many times your buddies try to say so.
So why do you give a **** if they're "smeared"?

Who said I did? I found the article interesting as I said so I posted it.

It's an example of what some on the far right are doing that you guys find objectionable when done by the far left. Just showing that it's still a two way street on the fringes. That's all. Doesn't mean I condone any of it.

Here are some stories of eyewitnesses in Charlottesville about Antifa helped protect the churches, people and so forth from the hate groups on the right. The KKK, neo-Nazis and white Nationalists were upset, that they started getting hostile towards everybody. Most of the stories about Antifa comes from the websites of the domestic terrorist groups of the KKK, Nazis and white Nationalists. Sadly, some of you post links from these groups on here.
So the white supremacists were trying to destroy churches? Poppycock.

I call fabrics on that also. The media would have been all over this story if true.

Uhm.. sorry, but I'm not buying some of these:

Quote:Soon after we got to the steps and linked arms, a group of white supremacists—I’m guessing somewhere between 20-45 of them—came up with their shields and batons and bats and shoved through us. We tried not to break the line, but they got through some of us—it was terrifying, to say the least—shoving forcefully with their shields and knocking a few folks over.

So the way I read this one.. they tried to physically stop a protest that was permitted by the city, and wonder why the group kept going through? Note the letter doesn't say where this is occurring (and even admits "my memory is fuzzy on the details.")

*This should be a RED flag to ANY story*

Quote:There was a group of antifa defending First United Methodist Church right outside in their parking lot, and at one point the white supremacists came by and antifa chased them off with sticks.

"Came by" and they were chased off? That's all that's needed is for someone to come by and be assaulted?

Quote:No police officers in sight (that I could see from where I stood), and we were prepared to be beaten to a bloody pulp to show that while the state permitted white nationalists to rally in hate, in the many names of God, we did not

"Prepared for an attack" , but were not attacked

Quote:Later, when we were a block away from where everyone was clashing and considering going to the front steps of the public library, there was a big line of white supremacists, the leader wearing some kind of yellow spiked helmet, and as they tromped toward the

So the fight already had been going on...

Quote:Indeed, they saved many lives from psychological and physical violence—I believe the body count could have been much worse, as hard as that is to believe.

A phalanx of neo-Nazis shoved right through our human wall with 3-foot-wide wooden shields, screaming and spitting homophobic slurs and obscenities at us. It was then that antifa stepped in to thwart them

So it's all "we believe" that we were under assault (again, in two stories, its from their own doing of trying to block the incoming group, Was this in a location where the city _gave_ them permission to be?)

Do I think there were spots where the Nazi idiots started some situations... Yes.. But I believe the Antifa idiots started just as many incidents as well.
